If the service requires downloadable software or includes it, the software may be updated automatically on your device once a new version or feature becomes available. You may have the option to adjust automatic update settings for certain services. Zod grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use the software provided to you by Zod as part of the services. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the services as provided by Zod, subject to these terms. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or embedded software, and you may not attempt to extract the source code of such software or engage in reverse engineering, unless you have obtained prior written permission from Zod.

Exceptions and limitations

The company disclaims all representations and warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided by this application, its affiliated companies, or any third party. THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS APPLICATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Responsibility for our services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Zod will not be liable for any reasonably unforeseeable loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the services. Under no circumstances shall Zod be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages to your computer, computer programs, systems, software, or related data, or any other incidental or consequential damages. This includes damages based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if Zod has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your legal rights as a user will not be affected by assignment of the contract.

Cancellation policy

Account cancellation requires a minimum 24-hour notice period, which must be provided to the Zod application. Cancellation notice will be accepted upon confirmation by our team. Please note that we reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee of 20.00 Saudi Riyals to cover any administrative costs incurred. We advise all users to review their subscription before canceling, as no refunds will be available for any unused portion of the subscription.

Modify and terminate our services

At Zod, we strive to constantly enhance our services to provide you with the best possible experience. This means that we may modify or update the functions and features of our services, or even temporarily suspend or entirely terminate the service. Please note that both the client and the provider have the right to terminate any service agreement at any time and for any reason, including the termination of already ongoing services.

Zod also reserves the right to cease providing services to you, or to add or establish new limitations to our services, at any time. We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any significant changes that may occur to our services and/or any service termination. However, in some cases, we may need to make changes or terminate the service without prior notice, and we will not be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.

Return policy

Please be aware that we cannot offer any refunds once the service has started as in use.

We may collect and use IP addresses for various purposes, including analyzing trends, managing the website, tracking user movement, and gathering broad demographic information in aggregate form.
